How leasing works here
Homes at The Modern are individually owned and leased by their owners, so this is not a managed rental building. Each home reflects the choices its owner made, which means finishes and appliances vary from one listing to the next. Features shown on one residence may not appear on another, and some homes include upgrades the owner added after closing. The listing broker represents the homeowner for the lease.
Lease terms
The minimum lease term is six months. Short term rentals are not permitted anywhere in the building, which keeps the corridors residential rather than transient.
