SELECTIONS & PAYMENT DUE BY NOVEMBER 17, 2022.
The Modern Austin Team is excited to roll out the initial interior upgrade program and finish palette selections for your new home at The Modern Residences. All homeowners must select their home’s finish palette via Formsite, regardless of whether they will purchase upgrades, by the deadline – November 17, 2022. Payments must also be received by the deadline for those selecting upgrades.
Please note: appliance upgrades including Washer/ Dryer as well as 1 Bedroom & 2 Bedroom Refrigerator upgrade options will be available in 2023.
HOW IT WORKS
All initial interior upgrades and finish palette selections will be selected through Formsite. We will need one form filled out per unit. If you do not plan on purchasing upgrades, you will still be required to fill out a form in order for us to know your finish palette you’d like to have in your home.
**Please note it is very important to have the correct unit # and floor plan when filling out the Formsite. If you are unsure of your unit # and floor plan, please refer back to your contract or reach out to your sales team member.

DOCUSIGN
Once you’ve completed your Formsite and you’ve made your payment, you will receive a contract update that includes your upgrade form via Docusign. Your total upgrade amount will be added towards the total purchase price and the amount paid for upgrades will count as money put down for your home. Please keep a copy of your upgrade receipt along with a copy of your check or credit card statement for your lender in case they need it when preparing for closing.

The Modern Austin sales team is available for in-person or virtual appointments to review the initial interior upgrade and finish palette selection program with you. We recommend scheduling an appointment in advance with your dedicated sales team member. The finish palette materials boards are also available to view during the below hours:
- Monday: 10am – 6pm
- Tuesday: 12pm – 6pm
- Wednesday – Friday: 10am – 6pm
- Saturday: 10am – 5pm
DEADLINE + PAYMENT INFORMATION
The Formsite allows you to pay by credit card or to pay by check. If you are paying by check, please make the check out to “90 Rainey Street LLC” and send it through a trackable service such as UPS or FEDEX. All payments must be received by November 17, 2022 at 5 PM.
