• Five bedroom (D plans): 3,410 to 4,085 sq ft, 5 to 5.5 baths, 2 or 3 living areas
• Penthouses: 6,535 to 10,529 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and a study

Square footages above are total, including the balcony or terrace, which every home has. Interior area runs from 563 square feet to 6,236.

Pricing

Homes start in the high $400s and run past $5M. The Penthouse Collection begins at $9.6M. Pricing is dynamic: as floor plans sell, prices rise to meet demand, so the plan you are looking at today may not be priced the same next month.

What comes with the home

Every residence includes a dishwasher, a microwave, and a gas stovetop with oven. Three bedroom homes include a 48 inch Sub-Zero refrigerator, and the C0 combination plan includes a 36 inch. One and two bedroom homes offer refrigerators as an upgrade, and a washer and dryer is an upgrade across every plan.

Buyers choose from three finish palettes and select their own countertop, with natural stone available as an upgrade. A two foot countertop backsplash ledge is included and full height is an upgrade. Bathrooms can be upgraded to the powder room finish.

Combining homes

Three combination plans are offered off the shelf, pairing two adjoining homes into one: C0, D1 and D2. Each comes with its own included upgrades. Combinations outside these three are not available before closing, though owners may purchase two homes and combine them afterwards.

Parking

Purchasers select their own space. Standard spaces are 9 feet wide by 17 deep and fit a full size SUV, with compact spaces marked C at 8 feet 6. EV capable spaces are available, and bike storage sits in the basement. There is no guest parking, so visitors park on the street.
